Treatment of common illnesses and injuries
Treatment and management of chronic illnesses
Prescription of medication and other health treatments
Health promotion and education
Physical exams: DOT, sports
Women's health services
Well-child exams and immunizations

Monday through Friday
9am--5pm
The office will be closed for
lunch between 12 and 1pm.
